Where we bring together the Art and Science of Sparkle. Where each week we dive deeply into one of the seven steps to support you on your journey into carefully curating your very own Soul Sparkling life.
Week One: Self Love
Self Love is the foundation of a sparkling soul and life. The more we love ourselves the more we are able to serve from a place of ease, grace, and overflow.
I will share the most powerful way to cultivate a deep and unconditional love so you are able to love yourself and others in a whole new way. You will learn a daily practice that combines the Art and Science of SPARKLE that is a beautiful way to connect with your soul and the divine light within.
This was truly a life changing practice for me and I can’t wait to share it with you!
Week Two: Sparkle Self Care
In order for us to fully step into the highest possibility of our Soul Sparkling Life we need to take exquisite care of ourselves physically, emotionally and mentally.
During this week we will dive into your current plan and outline in detail what your new sparkle self care plan will be moving forward.
This includes a mindful movement practice, a daily sadhana or spiritual practice and meditation, your highest and best nourishment plan for your body and all the elements of soul sparkle self care.
Week Three: Sacred Soul Alignments
I have fallen in love with the magic of Sacred Soul Alignments. These activations delete hundreds of thousands of belief systems which hold you back from who you really are, which ultimately hold you back from living your most sparkly and amazing life.
You will be receiving these healing alignments for each of the areas we are focusing on including your absolute highest level of health, wealth and abundance, releasing fear of being seen, increasing confidence, healing trauma and so much more, that can be accessed from wherever you are in the world, and from the comfort of your own home!
Week Four: Money Mastery and Magic

This week I will be sharing a simple step-by-step process to get out of debt and create a roadmap to money mastery. I followed these same principles to become debt free and create an opportunity to travel the world, all while doing work I absolutely love. Week Five: Magical Manifesto
This one tool has impacted my life (and the lives of ALL the women I work with) in such a significant way. All of the lovely things happening in my life were first crafted with intention in this beautiful exercise.
During this class, I will provide a step by step overview of how to create your own magical manifesto.

So many of us struggle so much when it comes to choosing what to wear. I’ll be sharing with you the step by step process to discovering her own Soul Sparkle Style and will help you create yours as well.
You will come to know exactly what lights you up and looks fabulous on you, as well as find your personal color story that will making shopping a million times easier for you.
You will find your signature soul sparkle style to have you feeling your best, most lovely, and in a way that truly allows yourself to be seen.
Week Seven: Stepping into Sovereignty
This week we will focus on becoming a Soul Centered CEO and serving from that beautiful place between your divinity and your humanity.
Discovering how you can lead with love and grace, holding your power while speaking your truth in love.
This week will also include a gorgeous ritual and ceremony to anchor and ground this teaching with ease and grace.
