Hayley Hunter Hines is the founder of Soul Sparkle Collective, a boutique advisory and experience design firm working at the intersection of luxury hospitality, human-centered leadership, and executive operating systems.

She serves as a strategic advisor and embedded operating partner to founders, CEOs, and private principals navigating complex business, leadership, and lifestyle ecosystems, helping bring clarity, structure, and execution alignment across fragmented systems.

With more than 30 years of experience spanning corporate strategy, executive leadership, wellness systems, and luxury experiential design, she brings a rare blend of operational intelligence and sensory awareness to how organizations and individuals create, lead, and scale.

Prior to founding Soul Sparkle Living™, Hayley held senior executive leadership roles in strategy, product development, and wellness innovation, including serving in an SVP Strategy role operating in a Chief of Staff–type capacity responsible for enterprise strategy, cross-functional execution, and operational alignment.

Today, her work spans private advisory, executive leadership support, luxury hospitality consulting, immersive retreat design, and embedded operating partnerships for a select group of founders, executives, and high-net-worth principals navigating increasingly complex environments.
