“I wanted to share what Hayley has done for me. 6 months ago JoAnna sent me on a yoga retreat to beautiful San deigo. I knew I was meeting our friend Hayley at a spa resort. I was so excited to get away and get some sun and yoga (Joanna didn’t tell me what she was getting me into). I quickly learned there was more to the trip then sun and yoga. Little did I know this trip would be exactly what I needed.
I met some amazing women that had a really strong impact on my life that I now call friends. I learned about putting myself first ( self care), yoga, journaling thoughts, process, time bound goals and vision boards. I made a vision board that I am happy to say that all has come true. This has been a game changer for me. They all motivated and educated me and gave me tools that would help so much.
I came home with a commitment to Hayley to continue healthy changes in my life that would feed my soul. For example: yoga daily, mediation, journaling and self care. A few months ago I was derailed which totally threw me off. Hayley as promised was a phone call away with late night pep talks, emails and text messages. I was able to quickly get back on track with my daily and nightly routines. I feel so amazing and so happy. I’m really falling in LOVE with life. WE ALL NEED A LITTLE SPARKLE IN OURS LIVES!! I owe this all to JoAnna for seeing what I needed and caring enough to send me to California. Thank you for being my rock in life Jo. My life is forever changed because of you.
