The House of Sparkle is an intimate annual gathering designed to bring exceptional women together in an environment that encourages deep connection, strategic collaboration, nervous system restoration, industry inspiration, and relationship expansion.

A Private Castle Above the Hills of Tuscany
Hidden among cypress groves and rolling valleys near Anghiari, House of Sparkle takes place within a restored 16th-century family castle overlooking the Tuscan countryside.
The estate blends historic Italian beauty with modern luxury with frescoed salons, infinity-edge pool, candlelit terraces, and beautifully restored gathering spaces and private dining rooms and panoramic sunset views across the valley.

With more than 30 years in corporate wellness, luxury hospitality, and holistic consulting, she creates emotionally intelligent spaces and experiences that restore vitality, elevate presence, and blend science and soul to reimagine how we live, travel, and gather.
Holding an MS in Health Promotion Management and certifications in culinary nutrition, yoga, and somatic intelligence, Hayley bridges evidence‑based strategy with soulful, sensory‑rich design. She is the creator of the SPARKLE Framework™—a five‑dimensional evolution of the BPSS model that integrates Bio, Psycho, Social, Spiritual, and Sparkle: the awe, beauty, and joy essential to a life well lived.

House of Sparkle was born from a belief that some of the most transformative moments in business and life happen when extraordinary women gather together around beautifully curated tables and share meaningful conversations.
I wanted to create a space where visionary women could connect more intentionally, more honestly, more beautifully. A space where vision and wellbeing coexist and where collaboration feels natural and where luxury feels soulful and where relationships formed continue long after the final dinner ends.
