We will enjoy fabulous meals with only the highest quality ingredients, along with the local honey, olive oil, cheeses and vegetables grown locally. You will experience a cooking class utilizing all the locally grown ingredients and traditional methods of cooking.
During your stay you will have plenty of free time to unwind and recharge. You can relax at the villa taking the scenery or if you're feeling adventurous, opt for a day trip to explore more of Italy's rich culture and history. Whatever you decide, this trip promises to be a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion.
This experience includes a gorgeous countryside space overflowing with character and charm and is located on a private estate with lemon trees and olive groves on the rolling hills near Florence which has easy access to all the major sights of Tuscany.
Thanksgiving in Tuscany
November 20 to 25, 2023
You will fly into Florence Airport and be transferred to the hillside to our gorgeous villa in the heart of Tuscany. Let yourself be carried away by the charm and idyllic atmosphere of a magnificent Tuscan-style farmhouse villa set within the rolling hills of this beautiful region!
We’ll explore the magnificent city of Florence and tour the leather markets, stopping at some of our favorite spots and watch the sunset from Piazza Michelangelo overlooking the city. You will have time for shopping and any additional optional tours you would like to take if this is your first time in Florence!
You’ll experience a trip to a local vineyard for wine tastings along with traditional Tuscan-style cooking classes with a few special American Thanksgiving dishes for our special holiday meal together.
Christmas in Tuscany

Visiting Florence, Italy during the Christmas season is a truly enchanting experience. As you stroll through the ancient cobbled streets, the city is adorned with sparkling lights and festive decorations, creating a magical atmosphere. The iconic landmarks, such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and Ponte Vecchio, are even more breathtaking with their festive embellishments. The scent of roasted chestnuts and warm spices wafts through the air, enticing you to indulge in the delicious street food and traditional Tuscan treats.
The bustling Christmas markets offer a plethora of unique gifts, artisan crafts, and local delicacies. The historic Piazza della Signoria transforms into a winter wonderland with a dazzling Christmas tree and ice-skating rink, where laughter and joy fill the air. Throughout the city, choirs sing beautiful carols, and there are various enchanting concerts and performances in the ornate churches.
Throughout our time together, you will also learn how to prepare and create authentic regional dishes using locally sourced ingredients. We will focus on utilizing fresh produce that is available each season, while enjoying fabulous wines and prosecco. You'll also get to experience the stunning Tuscan countryside.
To cap off the experience we will have a picturesque sunset aperitivo and very special holiday inspired celebration dinner. Everything will be sourced from local farms, providing a true farm-to-table experience.

We don't do hustle and bustle. We are changing that paradigm to one of ease, grace, space and connection and we can’t wait to share these special moments with you!

Your registration includes 5 nights shared accommodations, a gorgeous breakfast each day, special holiday meal and cooking class with our private chef, lunches during the week along with four dinners and a welcome reception.
The closest airport is Florence but you could also choose to fly into Pisa, Roma or Milan and take the train to Santa Maria Novella Station. The Soul Sparkle Sanctuary is located 30 minutes from the Florence airport.
Meet Your Host: Hayley Hunter Hines
Hayley is a spiritual advisor and business strategist for visionary leaders around the world and is the founder of the Soul Sparkle Sanctuary, a healing and spiritual wellness center in the heart of Tuscany. She is the creator of the Shine Experience, a signature program that is known for its transformative impact on the body, mind, soul, and spirit.
She is the spiritual director of the Soul Sparkle Seminary, a leadership development program for women, and the founder of the Soul Sparkle Society, a luxury travel membership experience and the creator of the Sacred Shakti Method Certification and Teacher Training and founder of the International Culinary Atelier.
Hayley is a conduit of unconditional love and grace, and is committed to leading a revolution of spiritual teachers and leaders who serve from the depths of their soul and spirit. She is deeply connected to her community and believes in the power of a pure heart and open mind to make all things possible.

Registration is $3750 per person for single occupancy or $2997 per person for shared occupancy.
Please note: Registration for Soul Sparkle Holiday Experiences are non-refundable, however they are transferrable. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you can send someone in your place. The above is our proposed itinerary to give you an idea of the experience and the final itinerary will be provided prior to the event.
Special Note: As part of your participation in our events, it is required that you purchase the necessary travel insurance. Since this experience in non-refundable, we ask that you select the cancel for any reason optional policy in case you are unable to attend the event. We will provide all information and our preferred partner to purchase this insurance upon registration.
